NAI Broughman Commercial is a real estate company with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and auctions. We offer a wide array of commercial brokerage services such as landlord/tenant representation, seller/buyer representation, detailed portfolio analysis, investment sales and real estate development services as well as REO analysis and "special asset" resolution for multiple financial institutions, asset resolution for the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Virginia Chapter 7. Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) are on staff at NAI Broughman Commercial to perform investment analysis, portfolio management, and acquisition/disposition of investments as a service provided for investors at all levels. This includes providing corporate and individual auction strategies and execution.
Being based in downtown Roanoke, Virginia allows for easy access to all of our coverage area as well as State and Federal Courts. Our expertise in our local markets as well as the ability to place a local expert in markets all over the world has been the driving force in NAI securing multiple national and international accounts for a variety of clients.

BRIAN K. BROUGHMAN, CCIM
Brian is native to Virginia and brings over 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial development throughout Central and Eastern North America, nearly 20 years of asset resolution and liquidations through the auction arena and general commercial real estate practices. Brian is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) which is a huge asset in assisting investors on all levels with acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis and management, and development analysis. He is active in local economic development, member of the local steering committee, as well as assists in multiple local charities. Assets handled include but are not limited to shopping centers, big box stores, and industrial/manufacturing facilities as well as large land and timber tracts. Clients range from small business owners to international fortune 500 companies.
